If you received something that isn't what you expected, first check the label on the outside of the box and the packing slip. Then compare that information with your original order confirmation email to see if you ordered something different than you thought or if we sent something different than what you ordered.

Once you have determined which occurred, you may follow the steps on this page if you want to initiate a return. 

If you received something other than what you ordered, we're very sorry that happened! We will make it right as fast as possible! 

If you ordered something different than you thought, that's also frustrating, and we'll help you get it corrected as soon as we can following the terms of our Return Policy.
