What is Campervan HQ's policy for backordered items?Updated 3 months ago

If an item from your order at Campervan HQ is temporarily out of stock, our customer support team will reach out to you. You will be given options to keep the order as is and wait for the backordered items to be restocked, replace the unavailable items with a different product, or cancel the order for a refund. If you do not respond, your order will be kept as-is to reserve your unit in the restocking process. Restock information will be provided where available, and you will be notified as soon as your order is ready to ship or for pickup.
