Fortunately that means manufacturing defects very rare with the products listed at Campervan HQ. That said, even top manufacturers have an occasional issue, and like us, they stand behind their products. 

Before initiating a return for a perceived defect, however, we must first make sure the item is truly defective and not a configuration issue. Most problems we encounter are easily correctable with a simple installation fix.
