Some products ship in multiple boxes to protect heavy or delicate items from damage and to comply with shipping requirements for hazardous materials. For example, power kits with batteries and other components ship in separate packages possibly over several days. You should receive an email with tracking for each package as it ships.
Be sure to open and each package as soon as it arrives.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we’re no longer able to file a claim for a missing item, and a new purchase will be needed.
If you can’t find the item on our site or it falls below our Minimum Order Value, just email us — we’re happy to help you get what you need.
Checking your order right away gives us the best chance to fix any issues and keep things as smooth as possible for you.
