Where's My Refund?Updated 3 months ago

We usually post a refund the same or next business day after approval. Credit card companies may take an additional business days to complete processing, depending on their procedures. 

If you haven’t received a refund after a week, check your bank account to see if the refund is in "Pending" status. You can also contact your credit card company, as they may take some time before posting a refund that we submitted. Then if you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
