Running into an issue with a Van Windows Direct window? We have good news for you! Problems are so rare with these high-quality windows that the manufacturer is happy to help you out directly. Guess that's why they're called Van Windows Direct

Step 1: 

Find the original order confirmation email that you received from Campervan HQ right after placing your VWD window order with us. That shows the order number and product information needed to complete the form. Also your contact info in the form must match your original order, especially your email address.

Step 2: 

Forward that order confirmation email to Campervan HQ Support to get your PPF# from us. The VWD support team needs that PPF number to locate your order.

Step 3: 

Take photos and narrated video that clearly shows the issue. The support team needs clear demonstration of the problem, so they can help solve it quickly and effectively. Additional images may be required depending on the nature of the problem and the clarity of your uploaded content. 

Step 4:

Fill out this form to submit your info to the VWD team, and they'll get back to you in a jiffy. Be sure to enter your email correctly; otherwise your submission goes into a black hole!

If you're unsure about an answer, make a note in the Additional Notes box at the end of the form. 

Step 5: 

When you hit SUBMIT, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your form data, as long as you entered your email address correctly.

If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder and search your email for [email protected]. If you still find nothing, you may have entered your email incorrectly, in which case you'll have to submit the form again.

Step 6: 

Watch for an email reply from VWD in 1-2 business days. Again if you don't hear anything in that time, check your spam folder and search your mailbox for [email protected] and if you don't find a reply in your email contact them

They'll respond with any questions and let you know next steps. They will let you know if they need additional images or info, suggest repairs or tips, provide steps for an exchange, or let you know any other outcomes.
