Step 1:
Find the original order confirmation email that you received from Campervan HQ right after placing your VWD window order with us. That shows the order number and product information needed for the form. Be sure your contact info in the form matches your original order (name, email, phone, mailing address).
Step 2:
Take photos and narrated video that clearly show the issue. To help you quickly and effectively, the tech support team needs clear demonstration of the problem. If your images/video do not show the problem clearly enough, additional content may be required.
Step 3:
Fill out this form to submit your info. We'll review your description and images/video and get back to you ASAP. Be sure to enter your email correctly; otherwise your submission goes into a black hole!
If you're unsure about an answer, make a note in the Additional Notes box at the end of the form.
Step 4:
When you hit SUBMIT, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your form data, as long as you entered your email address correctly.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder and search your email for [email protected]. If you still find nothing, you may have entered your email incorrectly, in which case you'll have to submit the form again.
Step 5:
Watch for an email reply from us in 1-2 business days. Again if you don't hear anything in that time, check your spam folder and search your mailbox for [email protected] and if you don't find a reply, email us.
