Step 1: Return Policy

Be sure to read and understand our Return Policy completely before proceeding. There you can see which items are eligible for return as well as excluded items. You can also find time frame and other requirements and learn the conditions for returns.

Step 2: Documentation

Find your original order confirmation email that you received moments after placing the original order. You'll need the order number and product information that can most easily be found there. Also the contact info you enter in the form must match your original order, especially your email address.

Now find the email you received when your item shipped. That shows tracking info which you can use to look up the date the item arrived at your shipping address. Note that received date for the form.

Both of these emails came from [email protected].

Step 3: Photos & Video

If your return is due to damage or defect, take photos and narrated video clearly showing the damage or defect. The return form requires clear demonstration of such issues.

All returns require photos of the box. Images of the product are required unless the box is undamaged and unopened.

Other images may be required depending on the circumstances of your return request.

Step 4: Complete Form

Complete the Return Request form, filling out all required fields accurately and honestly. 

If you're unsure about an answer, you may either contact us for clarification or make a note in the Additional Information box at the end of the form. 

Be sure to enter your email correctly, or we will not receive your submission!

Step 5: Confirmation Email

When you hit SUBMIT, as long as you entered your email address correctly you will immediately receive a confirmation email showing your form data. 

If you don't receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder and do a search in your email for [email protected] since the email comes from that address. If you still find nothing, you may have entered your email incorrectly; thus the form will not send you a confirmation and may not submit to us either. You can either redo the form or contact us to check.

Step 6: Reply from Support

Watch your email for a reply from us in 1-2 business days. We'll review your request and respond with any questions and let you know next steps. Again if you don't hear anything in that time, check your spam folder and search your mailbox for [email protected] and contact us if you don't find a reply in your email. 

We'll let you know if we need additional images, how to handle shipping, next steps for exchange or refunds, and so on. We're here to help!
