We will email you when your order is available at the designated warehouse, including complete pickup instructions. Remember to call ahead to confirm that the order is picked and ready, as well as to check that the availability has not changed. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before close of business to allow time to check your order. Note that the warehouse may return items to stock if not picked up by a specified date.

When picking up windows, open the box and inspect them onsite. Make sure there's no damage and confirm that any opening panels function correctly. If you find damage or a defect, you may ask for a replacement instead of accepting that item.
