How do I return an item?Updated a year ago
Below is our process for returning items depending on your reason of return. If you are returning an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we may not receive your returned item. We will not credit you for returned items if we do not receive the returned item back.

For Damage
Please take many pictures of the damage - including the outside of the box, both closeups and whole box images, as well as damage to the item. Then email us the pictures, a copy of the signed BOL, and a description of the damage as soon as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation of receipt. Then we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.

For a Refund
The following is for a refund not due to damage or a defect. If you choose to return the item, you may be charged a restocking fee. This fee is at the discretion of our supplier for the product you are returning. This is usually around 30%, but contact us for a specific quote.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
