Some of the larger items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be shipped via freight carrier. Please allow additional handling time and 7–10 business days for delivery after your order ships.
For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will typically contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be available at the scheduled time to receive the shipment, sign for delivery, and present identification if requested. Once tracking information is provided, we recommend proactively contacting the carrier to confirm a convenient delivery date.
Please note that freight shipments are delivered on large tractor‑trailer trucks, so the delivery location must provide safe and reasonable access for the vehicle to maneuver. Freight delivery is curbside only, meaning items are delivered to the end of the driveway or closest accessible point. Inside delivery is not included.
If you require assistance with moving the item into a garage, building, or covered area, please contact us before placing your order so we can quote additional services and fees where available.
Some freight deliveries may require a lift gate to safely unload the shipment. If a lift gate is not included, the customer is responsible for having adequate assistance available to unload the item safely. If unloading or access may be difficult at your location, you may also choose to pick up your order directly from the freight carrier’s local terminal.
Once a delivery appointment is scheduled, please ensure availability at the appointed time. Failed delivery attempts due to absence may result in redelivery fees. Freight carriers also require customers to remain responsive to scheduling communications. If the carrier is unable to reach you and the shipment is returned to our warehouse, return freight charges and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Additional fees will apply to reship the order.
If a freight shipment is refused at delivery, return shipping charges and restocking fees will also apply.
