Customer Conduct PolicyUpdated 2 hours ago

At Campervan HQ, we care about our customers and their campervan adventures!

We work hard to make sure customer orders are shipped safely, quickly, and accurately. Unfortunately, sometimes delays or other problems occur unexpectedly. We're committed to addressing any issues quickly and courteously, driven by a genuine desire to make things right. Even if something is out of our control, such as worldwide supply chain disruptions or vendor production delay, we always do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

We believe any unhappy customer is entitled to express their dissatisfaction with civility, and we hold ourselves to that same standard. Most interactions never become uncivil, but when conduct becomes abusive, threatening, or otherwise seriously inappropriate, we respond according to its severity, up to and including declining to do further business with the customer. Here's where we draw that line:

We may intervene when someone threatens violence or property damage; uses discriminatory abuse or persistent personal harassment; intimidates or inappropriately contacts individual employees outside of company support channels; damages property; or knowingly makes materially false factual claims about interactions with our team as a means of harassment or intimidation.

Depending on the conduct and its severity, we may give a warning, pause or end a call or chat, move communication to email, restrict contact to a designated channel or representative, ask a visitor to leave company property, or decline to do future business with a customer, where lawful. We may seek assistance from authorities when safety is threatened. We will continue to address any existing order and legal obligations through a reasonable channel.

This policy does not restrict honest reviews, opinions, complaints, transaction disputes, or reports to regulators or law enforcement. If we believe a published factual statement is knowingly false, we may respond with documented facts or use the platform's ordinary dispute process.

Questions about this policy may be sent to [email protected] or Perfect Fit 1, LLC, 12937 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97230.
